• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting tourists with any needs.
• Managing tour logistics, including scheduling, group coordination, and meal or transport arrangements.

Qualifications & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a tour guide or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local history, landmarks, and cultural insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
